What's the latest on HSLA at Pines Road?

Hello!

Does anyone know any information on the latest exhibits, lease aggreements, signing bonuses, mineral rights, etc that pertains to the Pines Road area? I would love to know how we're progressing. I have united with the Pines Ridge Townhomes Assoc in part with the Haynesville Play. I was also reading online and saw that a couple of people were pro land attorneys, and others were against them in support with contracts. Does anyone know if we have one representing us? If so, what are their fees?

Are you an HSLA Member? We are unaware of a group by that specific name "Pines Ridge Townhomes Association"...although we do have members and neighborhood Captains in that area. We may have you by address or Tax GEO # but can't recognize you by your screen name or neighborhood. Do you have an email we can check by, perhaps?

I also live in the Pines road area, by Buncombe. I think my neighborhood has already signed with jpd Energy, I still have not signed and I wonder if because I have not signed anything yet will I be at a disadvantage when it comes to negotiating anything. So far there is another lease company that has made me a better offer than the one jpd energy did but they are not willing to negotiate on the royalty. I wanted 25% no cost royalty and they said their attorneys would not let them do it. However the Sign on Bonus is $1000 higher than the one from jpd energy.
Can anyone give me some advice on this matter.
