Were we Duped?

My 93 year old mother sold her 4 acres of land in SW Shreveport for a pittance in January after owning it for 50 years without knowing about the Haynesville gas reserve. I'm wondering if the buyer could have been aware of this when he bought it for such a low price.

Unless the buyer was quite familiar with what was happening behind closed doors at Chesapeake....probably not. Nobody knew about the cat in the bag until March 24 of this year.
