Has anyone received a Lease paper in their doorknob?

Hey guys - just wanted to see if any of you here had received notice of a lease on your door. If you have, who sent it - can you remember the company name; AND - which neighborhood do you currently reside in?

I received a door hanger from Fleet oil and gas ltd. from Ft. Worth.
I am talking with them right now about an agreement. I would still like to know if there are other companies that are leasing in the pines road/buncome road area. Neighborhood lots that are not combined with other lots. I only have .312 acres. but it means alot to me.
