In case you are not aware, the HSLA is now wrapping up its current acreage pool. It will be your turn at the negotiation table in just a few short days and we are closing out our volume of acreage for this negotiation cycle now. Vivian United Methodist Church meeting -

Last night the HSLA went to Vivian for our first Citizens Information Meeting and it was a packed house. With hundreds in attendance, Board Attorney Walter Johnson took the audience from current Haynesville Shale events all the way through to what the HSLA can do for its Members. Fortress Management, Mansfield, lease agreements and Chesapeake - oh my!

Someone told us that Shreveport in the Haynesville Shale play is kind of like the California Gold Rush back in the day - people falling all over themselves to get rich quick and sign away any papers that get shoved in their face - without a second's hesitation.
