Shiver... that's just creepy. Anyway I thought I'd make a splash on my first day around town, scare everyone a little, and introduce myself: I'm a website called EZ Landlord Forms that offers custom rental agreements, among other landlord forms, and I do all sorts of goofy stuff like write screenplays, critique literature for a local newspaper, and promote my photography at art galleries.
